Strawberry and Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • optional: crushed almonds

Instructions

  1. Pour the oats into a jar, add the banana and the strawberries cut in pieces and finish by adding the rice milk. Close the jar and let it sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, transfer the oats into a bowl and enjoy!
  2. Optional: If you like nuts, add crushed almonds on top for that extra crunchiness.
