Denim on denim

I’ve been kind of MIA these days! This week has been a pretty busy one and just today I found the time to post on the blog. I love being busy and having things to do, it makes me feel productive.

Today, as I was looking for something to wear I decided to try something different from my usual style. I decided to go for the “hipster” look. The denim shirt is another item I never used to wear, but I rediscovered its perks when I found it hanging in the closet all lonely and decided to pair it with a pair of H&M navy jeans, and the shirt really does pop out, especially in contrast with a dark colour.

I don’t wear glasses, but I’ve always wanted to, it’s a weird fixation I’ve had since I was a kid, and these glasses are obviously not real, but I liked how they gave me this nerdy/hipster look I had been looking for all morning.

What I love about clothes and fashion in general is the constant change and transformation that can come from every single outfit you put on depending on your mood and on your feelings. With any clothing, jewellery or beauty item you can create infinite looks so different from one another. That’s why I try to change-up my style as much as I can and try new styles every time. You can be so many different people and still know who you are and feel confident and beautiful.

Non sono stata molto presente questi giorni purtroppo! Questa settimana e’ stata piena di impegni e soltanto oggi sono riuscita a trovare un po’ di tempo per scrivere sul blog. Mi piace essere impegnata e avere cose da fare, mi fa sentire produttiva.

Oggi, mentre cercavo qualcosa da mettermi, ho deciso si provare qualcosa di diverso dal solito. Ho deciso di provare lo stile “hipster.” La camicia di jeans  e’un capo che non mettevo mai prima, ma l’ho riscoperto insieme a tutti i suoi pro quando l’ho trovata appiccata nell’armadio tutta sola e ho deciso di indossarla insieme ad un paio di jeans di H&M blu scuro che hanno veramente messo in risalto la camicia.Io non indosso gli occhiali, ma ho sempre voluto, e’ una strana fissazione che ho da quando ero piccola, e questi occhiali ovviamente non sono veri, ma mi piaceva come mi davano un’aria da nerd/hipster, proprio lo stile che stavo cercando.

Quello che amo dei vestiti e della moda in generale e’ il cambiamento e la costante trasformazione che avviene per ogni singolo look che creiamo, che puo’ dipendere dai nostri sentimenti o dal nostro umore. Attraverso un capo d’abbigliamento, un gioiello o un prodotto di bellezza possiamo creare infiniti stili diversi. Ecco perche’ cerco di cambiare il mio stile il piu’ possibile e cerco di provare cose nuove. Puoi essere cosi tante persone diverse e allo stesso tempo essere ancora te stessa e sentirti sicura e bellissima.
