Armani Privè Spring 2016 Couture

The Paris Haute Couture Spring 2016 event has come to an end and although we might be a little sad to see this season’s couture collections end their catwalk, I have to admit that I cannot wait for Fashion month to kick off on Feb. 10, 2016 in New York! A whole new month of fashion means a whole new set of inspiration boards to be created not only on my Pinterest account, but on my concrete inspirational board hanging in my bedroom.

But let’s go back to the reason I decided to right this post today shall we?

In two words: Armani Privé.

I have a confession to make, I’ve never been a fan of Armani’s designs, for some reason I always thought they were a little over the top and overestimated. But I guess my taste has changed overtime and so now, not only I adore his creations, I wait eagerly for the next fashion week to begin so I can be certain to admire his latest creations just like a teenager cannot wait to hear the sound of the bell ringing meaning the end of another school day.

This couture collection can be summed up in just one word: Hollywood. Black wigs, and 50 shades of mauve set the theme of the 59-piece collection. Glamorous, elegant and feminine, this collection has already found a place in my heart.
