Summer is just around the corner, which means I’m already making vacation plans. I want to go to Greece, and the best way to get into travel mode is by creating my Greek wishlist.
My Greek Wishlist
I’ve been itching to go to Greece for the past 6 months. For some reason, this ancient land has been calling my name and I can’t wait to go back. In fact it won’t be my first time going there. I visited Athens when I was still in high school. It was a three-day school trip and I remember having an amazing time with all my friends before finishing high school and leaving Italy to come to Canada.
Athens will always have a special place in my heart and memory, but this time I plan on skipping the capital and going straight for the islands! First stop will be Crete. Why Crete? Because it’s the land of my favourite myth and since studying Greek history and mythology in school, I’ve always wanted to visit this island. So I’m finally packing my bags, boarding that plane and stepping onto the island!
But until then, I’ll share with you the clothing pieces I’m coveting for the trip!
- White & Blue: It’s such a cliché, but the white and blue combo just screams Greek style.

- Light & Flowy: It’s Summer, on a Greek island. Of course I will be wearing long dresses that are light and breezy.

- Perfect for the beach: When you’re on an island, you have to bring at least one bathing suit! It’s a rule!
- Short & flirty by night: When on vacation with friends and especially on an island you definitely want to go out and enjoy the local nightlife a little!
