I’m writing this post as I stare outside of my window. All I can see is a gloomy and rainy day here in Toronto and all I want is to be laying down on a beach.
Is it vacation time yet?
As I told you in my last post I am trying to incorporte more colour into my personal style. I used to wear way more colour growing up, but around the time I turned 20 I really started getting used to wearing all-black ensembles. Now here I am getting back into colours and especially pastels.
I’m a pink girl at heart and this Zara skirt (similar here) is exactly what I need right now to get my spirits up again. Travelling has become a fundamental part of my lifestyle and I’ve found myself wanting to leave my home more and more everyday.
I have a few trips planned for the upcoming months mostly in Europe and this is exactly the kind of style I plan on wearing for my days abroad. I will tell you more about the upcoming travel destinations in the next couple of months!
This outfit is a mixture of romantic and feminine pieces. I love the shine that comes from the skirt and this Zara sleeveless top with rhinestone detailing. I got this top a few years ago so it’s obviously not available in stores anymore, but there are a few options that are not exactly like this one, but similar here and here.
I chose to wear my new Steve Madden sandals which have a floral embroidery on the heel and go perfectly with the romantic vibe I was going for with this look and obviously I couldn’t not wear my new favourite Furla bag which I talked about here.
This outfit is perfect for a night out either with friends or for a date. It’s sweet and feminine and with a touch of black that makes it a little bolder. I will be wearing this outfit quite often I believe!
