Thursday Favorite Things Blog Hop 212

Today I broke two umbrellas, got drenched under pouring rain and let my poor Kate Spade get soaked all in a matter of a few hours. Downtown Toronto is a dangerous place to be, especially for umbrellas. The winds blowing between the buildings on Bay Street make mount Everest almost look like a walk in the park and when a rain storm is set to hit the city I suggest you stock up on umbrellas and rain boots if you’re adventurous enough to set foot outside your door. 

Winter is coming and I have been continuously trying to put off shopping for my winter gear, but today I started by getting myself a cute, black beanie perfect for those cold, winter days we have ahead. 

For now I have to admit, the weather has been mild and the changing of the leaves has been a wonderful spectacle I enjoy seeing every day on my way to the train station.

One of my favourite things that happened last Thursday so basically it can be my favorite thing for this week is the amazing experience I had getting to attend Toronto Fashion Week!
