Saks Fifth Avenue comes to Toronto

Saks  Fifth Avenue comes to Toronto! Actually, the grand opening was today, Feb 18, 2016! 

The Queen Street location of Saks Fifth Avenue opened its doors to the public at 9:30 a.m. after the ribbon cutting ceremony which saw present the President of Saks Fifth Avenue, Marc Metrick, CEO, Jerry Storch, Governor and Chairman of the Hudson’s Bay Company, Richard Baker, Chief Merchant, Tracy Margolies and Cadillac Fairview Toronto Eaton Centre CEO, John Sullivan.

I have never been to New York, but one of the places I’ve always wanted to visit was this department store everyone talks about and now, although I am still dying to go visit the big apple, I can seriously say that I can wait a little longer because Saks is here in Toronto!

 Yes, and since I work basically right across from the store, I was able to take a peak at the incredible, luxurious store and in all honesty I can tell you that I could not refrain my excitement. Especially after I saw that they carry my beloved Chloè Drew bag! 

And obviously I couldn’t let my first time stepping in Saks pass by unnoticed and unsnapped! So here it is:
