I haven’t been posting on the blog as much as I would have liked to these past couple of months, mainly because we are currently in the busiest time of the year: Summer!

The busiest time of the year: Summer
Summer is in the airline world the busiest time along with Christmas, and since I’m part of this world as a full-timer I have been working more than usual and unfortunately haven’t had as much time to write and post. I almost forgot to add that my mom and my sister are in town for the Summer so I’m trying to spend as much time as I can with them before they go back to Rome.
I’d like to take more photos for the blog these days because the weather is so nice out and it doesn’t require me to run outside, take a couple of photos in the snow and run back in before i become an icycle: the struggle is real when you live in Canada during the winter!
So for this post I decided to show you two of my newest purchases!
I saw this pink wrap dress on the Asos website a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was cute and could really use a little more colour in my wardrobe for the Summer so I decided to order it.
Little did I know that I would love it even more when actually worn! This dress is not only sexy and feminine, but also very comfortable and breathable. I love the vibrant colour and the belt makes for a very nicely added detail.
Now, let’s move onto the shoes!
As soon as I saw these Louise et Cie sandals I knew they were meant to be showcased in my room and worn for the whole Summer! I’ve been obsessing over shoes with pom poms this season after seeing the gorgeous shoes made by Alameda Turquesa, a Portuguese company created by a mother and daughter duo. These shoes although gorgeous and definitely on my wishlist, are out of my budget at least for the moment being so when I stumbled across the Louise et Cie pair of pom pom sandals I knew I couldn’t let them get away!
These sandals are very comfortable and so colourful, perfect for the Summer time! I can’t wait to wear them out for my next big event!
