When I came back to Italy, at the beginning of August, I was very excited to see my family and friends again, but I also couldn’t wait to eat some lasagna! So after a few weeks of relaxation, of catching up with friends and visiting some towns around my region, I decided it was time to start getting things organized and getting back on track. This meant going back to my exercising routine. While I was in Toronto I used to go to the gym with some friends and work out there, but as the weather got nicer I started running again. A couple of weeks ago I decided I wanted to start some weight exercises and on-the-spot-movements so I found this videos on Youtube which I have found to be extremely useful and engaging. I never feel like I’m getting bored with them and they do work you to the bone!
If you’re looking for some new exercises I highly recommend you these ones:
I posted the videos in the same order I always do them. When I’m done with my half an hour of workout I usually take 10-15 minutes to stretch and do some yoga.
The videos are only 10 minutes each, but 10 kickass minutes for sure! I think that exercising is not only a great way for staying healthy and fit, but also an amazing stress reliever.
So let me know if you decide to try them or if you already have. Or maybe you do some different kinds of exercises you’d like to share? I’d love to know what you guys think!

10 minute workouts are a really good idea. Sometimes you just don’t have the time but 10 minutes isn’t too hard to carve out.
