Another Thursday has come and here we are talking about our favourite things again. For this week my favourite thing was probably baking these amazing shortbread cookies ! I got the recipe from my mom and she got it from her mom as well. Family recipes are the best in my opinion, you can never really go wrong!
This year more than ever I am feeling the absence of my family, especially now that the Holiday season is here. But luckily I talk to them very often and we keep in touch thanks to Skype and Facebook.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends! This week my favourite thing has to be the first snow fall we got here in Toronto. Even though we didn’t get that much, it was still nice to walk on the sidewalk with snow flakes falling all around me.
