One of the best salads I like to make when I feel like having something light for lunch or dinner is a tomato salad in which I add corn, tuna fish and mozzarella balls cut in two or three smaller pieces. My cousin told me about this salad a few years ago and I thought I really needed to try it! It is a great salad, very tasty and healthy, exactly how I like my salads, and the bonus mark is that it’s colourful and definitely not boring thanks to all its ingredients.
For my salad I cut in half about 10 cherry tomatoes, I add one can of tuna fish, one cup of canned corn and about eight mozzarella balls which I cut into two or three smaller pieces and put them all into a bowl. I then add a pinch of salt, some dried or fresh basil, and dried oregano. I then drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar for a finish. Mix it all together and you can enjoy a great tomato salad.
