Since the first time I laid my eyes on a Vera Wang wedding dress photo plastered on the front page of a magazine I knew she had to be one of my favourite designers.
Wang is known mostly for her elegant, yet eclectic wedding gowns, she goes from a feminine and ethereal design to a darker and more daring one.
But she’s not only my favourite wedding dress designer, she’s also very creative when Fashion Week comes around and she has to design pieces for the everyday life.
This year, on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, Wang showed her new Ready-to-wear collection to the fashion elite sitting along the sides of the runway. Needless to say, her collection was based on a black and white theme and all the pieces, which already looked amazing alone, paired with a floral skirt, or with a white sweater appeared to be even better.
What I like about her pieces is that she always knows how to create clothes that are feminine and edgy at the same time. These pieces are perfect for the woman that wants to be elegant and feminine and still wants to project her inner strength on the outside for everyone to notice.
Here are a few of the looks modelled on the runway:

I was lucky enough to actually wear one of her gowns and it was an absolute stunner and so classy. Really love her RTW and it really reflects her style.

I love her collection. Black and white outfits can go a long way and her looks are so timeless. I’m loving the fourth outfit in the slideshow so much!
Hi Katherine, I agree with you, black and white will forever be my favourite combo 🙂 xx
These looks look great! My wedding dress has been planned to be Vera Wang for a couple of years now :p
