I had the best time in Dublin! I seriously can’t wait to go back and visit some more of that beautiful country that is Ireland! 

Dublin Trip: Wild Wicklow Tour

On day 2 of our stay in Dublin I booked a Wild Wicklow Tour for us. My favourite movie if you must know is Ps: I Love You, so naturally as soon as we decided to go to Dublin I knew that I had to visit Wicklow County. And Wicklow Park in particular since that’s where the famous scene where the main characters meet was shot.

I think I was the only one really excited about taking photos close to the bridge, but you know what? I had such a big smile on my face for the whole day that I just couldn’t help it!

I didn’t think the tour bus was going to be as full as it ended up being since we decided to go off season, but I was wrong. Obviously this tour is a very successful one and rightly so! 

Our tour guide, John, was such a great storyteller and a character! He made everyone laugh and we had an amazing time. The views were breathtaking as you can tell from the photos and we got really lucky with the weather as well. Usually it is rainy and foggy and it’s hard to see the hills and the lakes, but we had clear skies and a sunny day for the whole trip. 

It was really windy and in the park it did get really cold, so much so that we had to run outside to take a few shots and then run back into the bus for some heat.

But aside from the chilly weather, which we were expecting already, because I mean, we knew where we were going! We had an amazing time and I hope that seeing these photos gives you enough motivation to go and visit Ireland one day as well! I know I’m going to go back very soon!
