I turned 27 on November 12th! I can’t believe another year has passed already.
It’s 27!
It feels like yesterday when I was celebrating my 26th birthday in Italy. I was happy to be home surrounded by my family and friends, but I was also going through difficult times. You probably remember my post about dating in 2018.
Oh what a difference a year can make! From that low point, I got myself back up and decided that it was time to really think about myself and my future and that thought and commitment to myself is what brought me to where I am now.
I made a few changes in my life and there are many others to come in the coming months.
- First of all I got a cat, her name is Tiramisù and she’s the sweetest and sassiest cat I’ve ever met! She’ll have moments of pure craziness mixed with moments of pure sweetness and cuddles.
- My sister moved in with me and we’ve been busy trying to get everything settled in the house for her.
- I started a baking course with my sister and so far it has been one of the things I look forward to every week! For example yesterday we made eclairs! Don’t worry I’ll be posting photos and recipes very soon!
One thing I do hope I get to do more in the next year is travel. I have a couple of trips already planned for the new year and a couple more in the works! One of the trips I am planning is a very exciting one for me and one that I’ve been waiting to do for a very long time! I’ll tell you more about it closer to the trip.
There have been so many changes this year in my life and I can’t wait to see what the next year will bring! Here’s to being 27! It’s 27!
